So Urban Uprising Ambassador Robbie Phillips has been having quite a summer to himself, managing to tick off some of Europe’s hardest routes on what has been described as an alpine rampage!
It’s obviously all down to his choice of T-Shirt…Our Foxy Tee has been seen on Silbergeier, Project Fear, Paciencia, The Quarryman, Digital Crack, Dalriada……not bad for a summers work eh!?
Check out this UKC interview with the unstoppable force of psyche that is Robbie :

Robbie cooly on-sighting in the mist perhaps the UK’s most photogenic route : Dalriada E7 6b. Until the pegs give way then E8 according to James McHaffie.

Thanks to FinalCrux Films for the stunning images.
Jonas, Caio and Alexandre are the most active students from C.E.U. Centro de Escalada Urbana.
Here they are climbing above Rocinha Favela (shanty town) in Rio. The sweep of granite rises 400m above the favela. The climbing is very technical and demands good footwork and a steady head.
We’re helping C.E.U to fund a rock climbing wall in Rocinha. This will provide a focal point for these young climbers and provide a safe meeting space for them to develop their skills. To help get this project off the ground please Text WALL£03 to 70070 (OR £5/10/20)
